His Bands:

1967
     POST WAR BABY ROOM
          Paul Stanley
was 15 when he formed this band.
He had recorded a demo.   It was a project for
Columbia that fell. Althoug this failure, Paul
continued writing songs on his own while attending
high school. Songs like: FIREHOUSE and
          LET ME KNOW
(which was originally written
          under the tittle of "SUNDAY
DRIVE".)

1969
     TREE
          Paul
formed this band with his best friend
Stephen Coronel, Marty Cohen on bass and Stan
Singer on drums. Tree did not last long.

     UNCLE JOE
Featured: Paul on lead vocal, Neil Teeman on
drums and Matt Rael on guitar.
Curiosity: Stanley had gone to Simmons to rent
the equipament for his band Uncle Joe, and Gene
arived the gig, helped set up the equipament and
stayed to see the band. Was grouwin' up a BIG friendship.

     RAINBOW
          Gene Simmons, Stephen Coronel, Paul
          Stanley
decided to give it a try and was
decided to name the band Rainbow, and
other members were quickly added so
they could perform live. But it was a band
           that could not last.

     WICKED LESTER
Both Gene and Paul has always frustrated by
the fact that they had never gotten the opportunity
to play their own music, instead by the fall of
1971 the new roster included Gene on bass, Paul
          on rhythm guitar
, Ron Leejack on lead guitar,
Brook Ostrander on keyboards and Tony Zarela on
drums.   Paul and Gene instead of following their
own instincts.   And did born KISS...
but this is
          another history...
